Solutrack Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides integrated solutions designed to make spaces smarter, safer, and more efficient. From solar energy and CCTV to security systems, access control, and automated boom gates, we help protect and power homes and businesses.
Our services also include home automation, smart-home technology, IoT solutions, and ongoing research and development.
The solution. Surveys, design, supply and clean installation of the right system for your site and your budget.
The follow-up. Scheduled checks, servicing, health reports and a team that calls you before you have to call us.
To be the installer Zimbabwe trusts for the full life of a system, known less for the day we install and more for every year it keeps working.
To deliver security, access and power solutions that are properly specified, properly installed and actively tracked, giving every client visible proof that their investment is still doing its job.
Honest recommendations over oversized quotes. Tidy workmanship you are happy to show visitors. Straight answers when something fails, and a fix that holds.
We install any type of security system. Whatever guards a property, controls who gets in, or keeps the power on behind it, one team supplies and fits it, so there is one number to call when you need something.

Our integrated services connect energy, security and automation. Tell us what your home or business needs, and we will design a solution around it.
Ongoing research and development helps us create practical solutions for changing needs. We design and build custom electronics, connected devices and integrated systems, taking an idea from a sketch through to a working, tested solution.
That matters on real jobs. Sites rarely match the catalogue. A gate needs a controller nobody sells locally, a client needs two systems talking to each other that were never meant to, or a piece of imported equipment fails and the replacement is eight weeks away. Instead of telling you it cannot be done, we build the part that makes it work.
Circuit design, enclosures, sensors, controllers, power supplies and the logic that ties them together. If you have a concept for a device, bring it to us and we will tell you honestly whether it can be built and what it will take.
Discuss a custom buildWhen the pandemic hit and sanitising equipment was neither available nor affordable in Zimbabwe, we designed and manufactured our own walk-through disinfection booth. From concept to a working unit, built locally, when importing one was not an option.
Every system we fit goes onto our follow-up register. You get scheduled visits, a health check and a straight report, so a fault is found by us on a Tuesday morning rather than by you during a break-in.
We walk the site, listen to the real problem and quote a system that fits the property and the budget. No padding.
Clean cabling, tested equipment and a walkthrough with your team until everyone can actually use the system.
Scheduled visits to clean lenses, test batteries, check recordings, tighten gates and confirm every alert still fires.
A plain-language report on what we found and what to do next, whether that is a repair, a spare or an upgrade.
From a single-home camera set to a full estate entrance, the approach is the same: right sized, well fitted, kept alive.
Because the cheapest installation is the one you only have to pay for once.
Follow-up is built into the way we work, not an extra you have to chase us for.
Cameras, biometrics, gates, alarms, fencing and solar from one contractor, and when the part does not exist locally, we build it ourselves.
We quote what the site needs. If four cameras will do the job, we will not sell you twelve.
Every security design assumes the grid will fail, because here it does. Backup is planned in from day one.
A real person on the phone, a technician who knows your site, and spares sourced quickly when something needs replacing. Emergency callouts available for clients on a service plan.
The things clients ask most, answered plainly.
No. The first visit and the quotation that follows are free within our normal service areas. For sites far outside Harare we agree a travel cost with you upfront before anyone drives out.
No. Those are simply the jobs we do most often. We install any type of security system, including biometric and facial recognition terminals, turnstiles, smart locks, video intercoms, panic buttons, fire detection, number plate recognition and vehicle tracking. If you are not sure whether we handle it, ask. If it is outside what we do, we will tell you straight and point you to someone who does.
Yes. We take over existing CCTV, gate, alarm and solar installations regularly. We assess what is worth keeping, fix or replace what is not, and put the whole system onto our follow-up schedule.
Yes. We design and manufacture electronic products from scratch. During COVID-19 we built our own walk-through disinfection booth, control electronics included, when the imported units were unavailable and unaffordable. Bring us the problem and we will tell you honestly whether it can be built, roughly what it will cost and how long it will take.
They will if the system is designed for it. We size a backup battery or solar setup around your cameras, recorder, router and gate motor so the important parts stay awake when the power drops.
It depends on the plan and the site. Most clients are on a quarterly or six-monthly cycle, with high-traffic entrances checked more often. Every visit ends with a written report of what was tested and what was found.
Yes. Remote viewing is set up and tested during handover, and we show you and your family or staff how to use it before we leave site.
A standard home camera set is usually a one-day job. Boom gates, access control and solar installations typically run one to three days depending on cabling, trenching and the state of the existing power supply.
A blind spot at the gate, a battery that no longer holds, a system nobody has checked in two years. Start there, and we will tell you what it takes to fix it.
